Las Vegas Valley Service Area

Same-day HVAC dispatch across all 11 Vegas Valley neighborhoods. No travel-fee surprises, written quotes everywhere.

We service the entire Las Vegas Valley from our base in Paradise. The 11 neighborhoods below cover the residential market we run; each has its own typical HVAC needs based on housing-stock age, microclimate, and the way homes are used. Distances are calculated from our office at 3786 Howard Hughes Parkway, just east of the Strip. We charge our standard rates everywhere in the service area, no extra travel fees, even out to Boulder City.

Las Vegas (Downtown / Strip-adjacent)

6 miles north of our office

Downtown Las Vegas and the Strip-adjacent neighborhoods include some of the city's oldest housing stock plus a wave of newer high-rise condos. Older single-family homes in Westside, Huntridge, and the Marlin sometimes have original-build HVAC equipment that has aged past 15 years.

Common requests: AC repair on aging systems, full installs for renovated properties, maintenance on rental and short-term-rental portfolios.

Henderson

8 miles southeast

Henderson is the second-largest city in Nevada and covers the southeast quadrant of the Vegas Valley. The housing mix runs from established 1990s neighborhoods like Green Valley to newer master-planned communities in Anthem and Inspirada. Most homes here are single-family with backyard pools and detached garages.

Common requests: Full AC installation in newer master-planned developments, repair on 1990s-era systems, maintenance plans for rental properties, mini-split installs for casitas.

North Las Vegas

10 miles north

North Las Vegas is the third-largest city in Nevada and covers the northern portion of the Valley. The area has a mix of established 1980s and 1990s neighborhoods near the city center and rapidly expanding master-planned communities to the north and northwest, including Aliante.

Common requests: AC repair on older neighborhood systems, installation work in expanding new construction, heating repair for the slightly cooler northern microclimate.

Summerlin

11 miles west

Summerlin is a master-planned community in the western Vegas Valley with a high concentration of newer single-family homes and luxury townhomes. Equipment in Summerlin is generally newer than other parts of the city, with many homes built between 2005 and present and on annual maintenance plans.

Common requests: Maintenance plans on newer equipment, high-SEER upgrades when a system hits 8 to 10 years, full installs only on systems past 12 years, air-quality work.

Spring Valley

5 miles west

Spring Valley sits west of the Strip and has a mix of 1970s-era ranch homes, 1980s tract housing, and newer infill development. The older housing stock means more 15-plus year-old HVAC equipment that often warrants replacement rather than continued repair.

Common requests: AC installation as replacement of aged systems, heating repair on original equipment, repair-versus-replace assessment on systems past 12 years.

Enterprise

6 miles southwest

Enterprise is one of the fastest-growing unincorporated areas in the Vegas Valley, with extensive new-construction housing south and southwest of Harry Reid International Airport. Most homes are 2010 or newer and the equipment is correspondingly newer with active manufacturer warranties.

Common requests: Maintenance, manufacturer warranty work, high-SEER upgrades on systems hitting 8 to 10 years, ductless mini-split additions for casitas and pool houses.

Paradise

Our office is located here

Paradise is the unincorporated area immediately east of the Strip and is where our base of operations is located. The neighborhood includes everything from Strip-adjacent high-rises to mid-century single-family homes and newer infill. We dispatch fastest to Paradise calls because we are physically here.

Common requests: Full mix of services with the fastest dispatch in the Valley, including emergency same-day calls during summer peak weeks.

Green Valley

9 miles southeast

Green Valley is an established master-planned community within Henderson, built primarily in the 1990s. The neighborhood has a high concentration of 25 to 30 year old housing stock with mixed equipment ages depending on whether HVAC has been replaced over the years.

Common requests: AC repair on aging equipment, repair-versus-replace assessment, heating system work on original gas furnaces approaching end of life.

Boulder City

24 miles southeast

Boulder City is a small community southeast of the main Vegas Valley, known for its historic downtown and proximity to Lake Mead. The town has a mix of original 1930s-era housing (some of the oldest in southern Nevada) and newer subdivisions. We charge our standard rates with no extra travel fee for Boulder City service.

Common requests: AC repair, installation on older systems where original ductwork limits high-efficiency upgrades, heating repair.

Aliante

13 miles north

Aliante is a master-planned community in northern North Las Vegas, with mostly new-construction housing built since 2005. The community sits at slightly higher elevation than the southern Valley and gets cooler winter overnight temperatures, making heating system reliability more important here than further south.

Common requests: Heating repair (cooler microclimate), maintenance on newer equipment, full installation on systems past 10 to 12 years.

Centennial Hills

15 miles northwest

Centennial Hills is a master-planned community in the northwest Valley, built primarily in the 2000s. The neighborhood has a high concentration of single-family homes and townhouses with newer HVAC equipment that benefits most from regular maintenance plans rather than reactive repair.

Common requests: Maintenance plans, manufacturer warranty work, high-SEER upgrades, air duct cleaning on 15-plus year-old systems.
