Every quote is written, every diagnostic call is free. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not run bait-and-switch tune-up specials that turn into a $1,500 quote on arrival.
Right-sized equipment
We sell SEER ratings and equipment tonnages that make sense for your home and the Vegas climate, not the highest-margin item in the brochure. If a repair is the right call instead of a replacement, we say so and write up the analysis.
Licensed work, every time
Nevada State Contractors Board license, EPA Section 608 certification on every technician, Clark County permits pulled on every install. Skipping permits or running unlicensed work creates problems we are not willing to pass on to a homeowner.
How We Work
Our process is the same across services. Schedule online or by phone, licensed technician dispatched same-day in a marked vehicle, full diagnostic with a written quote on the spot, and work completed with verification of every measurement: refrigerant pressures, static pressure, amp draw, capacitor microfarads, and temperature differential. You receive a written warranty in your hand before we leave the home, and the warranty covers parts and labor for 12 months.
Service Commitment
We back every repair and install with a 12-month labor warranty in writing, plus the manufacturer parts warranty (typically 1 to 5 years on installed components, up to 10 years on compressors with registered systems). If a covered repair fails within the warranty period, we return at no charge. Our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee is straightforward: if you are not happy with the result, we make it right.

We serve the entire Las Vegas Valley including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Green Valley, Boulder City, Aliante, and Centennial Hills. Same-day dispatch is the default; cold-snap or summer-peak weeks may push afternoon calls to next morning, but we always prioritize homes with infants, elderly residents, or no working AC during 110-plus degree days.
